Rome, 10 cars are not enough…

In the early hours of May 27, we carried out an incendiary action against the Enjoy carpooling vehicles belonging to the multinational ENI s.p.a. (national hydrocarbon company) in the Tuscolana-Cinecittà area of Rome. According to local newspapers, 10 cars were completely destroyed, while four others were seriously damaged.

ENI has always been one of the pillars of Italian capitalism, and its interests coincide with those of the State and, consequently, of the governments that succeed one another in administering it, whether they are of the right or the left, because its profits and infrastructures are strategic insofar as they strengthen the State in which they are located, being fundamental for the preservation of economic power, in the contemporary configuration of the capitalist productive system.

ENI is present in many countries where local and international conflicts are active for the control of energy resources: Libya, Mali, Nigeria, Kazakhstan (note that not a word was heard against the oligarch Putin when he sent his troops to quell the uprisings that broke out in that country), to name but a few. In these places, energy in the form of fossil fuels has been extracted from the earth for decades to feed the energy needs of Western industry, in a pattern that takes the form of true neo-colonialism. These extractive activities, it should be remembered, carry great risks for the environment and indigenous populations, especially in countries where controls and safety systems are consciously minimized in order to maximize profits, as in the case of the Niger Delta, an area severely devastated by continuous crude oil spills and the dispersion of gases and combustion residues resulting from extraction activities into the air. Bologna, Italy: Two repeaters set on fire

“Social war on state war,” this was the writing left on the night of May 22 near 2 repeaters set on fire near Bologna. A minimal gesture of active insubordination to a state that lives on wars and massacres and today accuses anarchists of massacre, that sends weapons but flaunts itself as a bearer of peace, that legitimizes the use of torture through the 41bis regime. We act, because for 2 years they have been intermittently locking us in, blackmailing us and taking away our ability to deal on the basis of free choices with what was happening. All to run the money machine of capitalism. And today we find ourselves the rich richer, the poor poorer and society more alienating, judgmental and suspicious. Now, with war, it happens again: emergency, national unity, sacrifices, because the bosses, beyond their country, have to assert and proceed with their interests, on the skin of those who are under the bombs, those who go to jail for protests, those who impoverish. If we don’t want the war they are waging on us to make the world an unlivable place, it’s time to agitate, to fight back and strike even unpredictably because they must know that in front of their plans there are those who are immobile and silent and do not want to be.

Berlin, Germany: Arson attack on car of prison profiteer SPIE in solidarity with prisoners

Wednesday night, March 23, we set fire to a car of the company SPIE in Prenzlauer Berg. SPIE participates internationally in the construction and operation of prisons and other facilities with the goal of total surveillance and control.

Educational institutions, parks, transportation infrastructure, and consumer miles become places of discipline under the electronic eyes and sensors of a mix of private and state security systems. Where people could organize and shape their own lives, where they could resist and simply take what they are not granted under capitalism, companies like SPIE are contributing to the technological assault. Too little is said to the enemies of freedom. Let’s burn down their cars, let’s paralyze their infrastructure!

With this action we declare our solidarity with the persecuted defenders of Biologico and the ungovernability of the University of Thessaloniki, with the imprisoned Thanos Xatziagkelou, Georgia Voulgari, Panos Kalaitzis and Dimitris Hatzivassiliadis.

NATO SUMMIT IN MADRID ON JUNE 29 AND 30

On June 29th and 30th a new NATO summit will be held in Madrid. This military organization was created after World War II as a weapon to defend the interests of the winner of the war: capitalism.

During these days the streets will be filled with military, owners of arms companies, leaders… with the aim of planning and developing new war scenarios, new weapons and ultimately prepare for all the difficulties and adverse scenarios that the techno-capitalist project may encounter.

In a world increasingly precarious and full of miseries we have been able to see how little by little the military presence in the streets has been normalized, as for example the military deployment during the pandemic generating a climate of war, terror and social control. A demonstration of force, of government of the catastrophe with military forces as protagonists such as, for example, NATO.

NATO not only defends the geostrategic projects of capitalism and imposes its way of life on the entire planet, but will also be the main shock force against the revolts that follow. One of these geostrategic conflicts is the one taking place right now between Russia and NATO, with Ukraine as a scenario. That region has been destabilized in a state of permanent low-intensity warfare and with elements of the so-called “hybrid war” between the imperialist powers since 2014.

From the media, the army has been getting a facelift since the pademia and now they pretend to sell us the idea of NATO as a pacifying force, which is totally far from reality.

That is why we launched this blog with the aim of providing information, analysis and calls against the NATO summit because we refuse to become merchandise for their wars.

To express annoyance or disappointment in the face of power is not for us. Convinced as we are that between freedom and authority not only there is an unbridgeable gap but also that the former is the expression of irreducible otherness towards the latter and that the two are incompatible and irreconcilable, we persevere in firmly believing that the only possible relation with power is a relation of war. Either you are subjected to it or you destroy it.

This is the reason why resignation, surrender and, ultimately, capitulation become clear in the indifference towards the State. We anarchists retain an idea of freedom which is too extended and uncontrollable to be allowed to be “satisfied”. Our idea defines and – where theory flows into practice – intends to express integral and absolute freedom which scorns all kinds of compliance with power, which effectively smashes the false democratic “freedoms” being given to us, which in an eternal yearning for revolt strikes with action the persons and structures of power, disintegrating the space and time of authority.

Sometimes, especially when conscience is arid of will, the cumbersome presence of the State in all fields of existence and everyday life manages to make its courageous opponents withdraw, and in this way they begin to postpone the realization of their projects infinitively. Hostility becomes indifference. In this way, little by little, the goal becomes that of keeping on with a form of antagonism more or less adorned with radical desires. Rather than destroying the world of authority we prefer de-existential withdrawal which aims at building up our “small world”, by dedicating ourselves to ourselves, our deadlines, relations and even “self-management”, “self-determination” of milieus and situations. As of today, 6/12/2021, it has been 13 years since the Greek state murdered the anarchist Alexis Grigoropoulos. Alexis was shot by two cops, E. Korkoneas and V. Saraliotis, in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, following minor clashes with the police. As soon as the news of Alexis’s murder broke, a spontaneous insurrection began. Protests, riots, expropriations and occupations of public buildings were but some of the collective expressions of rage. Despite the attempts of state and capital to depoliticise the murder, we must not forget that Alexis was killed because of his political beliefs – he challenged in practice the authority of the police and, by extension, that of the state. This is the violence faced every day by those whose existence the state deems undesirable, those who are a threat to their social order.

13 years later, the spirit of the December revolt is alive in the resistance of the Anarchist/Anti-Authoritarian movement. As anarchists, we stand in solidarity with all insurrections against the state apparatus worldwide, present and future. Our struggles take place in our streets and neighbourhoods, in our workplaces, schools and universities. We will reclaim our space and our lives.

Chile: Claim of explosive attack against ANEPE by ‘Autonomy Faction Cristián Valdebenito’

May our practices empower and lead to a new urban guerrilla warfare
Because fighting the impunity of murderers, mutilators and torturers will be our victory.

On the night of October 17, we installed an explosive device inside the headquarters of the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE), on the eve of a new commemoration of the October revolt.

This partner in matters of State security and maintenance of public order carries out permanent academic activities aimed at police elements, in terms of intelligence, investigative and counterinsurgency strategies. It is a repressive body under the Ministry of Defense, which also shares knowledge internationally with States such as Spain, Colombia, Israel, etc.

Different academics of this den of Power have written about anarchic practices and tendencies, trying to analyze our ideas, dynamics and proposals, with texts of pretended studies about international projects (Black International/FAI-FRI) or the current panorama of our environments.

Héctor Barros, official on duty at the South Prosecutor’s Office, took intelligence and investigation courses at ANEPE, as did Gonzalo Blu, who was in charge of DIPOLCAR during the times of the so-called Operation Huracán, demonstrating that this site is only intended for the improvement of the police, judges and prosecutors, and not for “all Chileans” as they claim from this center.
