Chile: 13 years after the fall in combat of comrade Mauricio Morales + ‘Sharpening ideas against prison. Reflections by Mauricio Morales’ (in Spanish)

Posted on 2022/05/21 - 2022/05/21 by darknights

On May 22, 2009 the anarchist comrade Mauricio Morales dies after the accidental detonation of the explosive device he was carrying to the Gendarmerie School. A comrade fled and the police unleashed a repressive hunt against his circle, seeking to put an end to the almost one hundred explosive attacks perpetrated by anti-authoritarian groups.
The recollection and memory of Mauri joins with that of the rest of the anarchists killed in struggle and confrontation with the State, in this way every year May is transformed into new impulses to sharpen the confrontation with power and strengthen the community of negation.

Another May, another 22nd, again the recollections, again the memory in offensive… it is already impossible to imprison his memory in those who knew him or were close to him, his memory has the forms and slogans of those who bring him to the present in each conspiracy, without leaders or representatives, there are no official voices. The insurrectionary memory can simply be everywhere. Continue reading “Chile: 13 years after the fall in combat of comrade Mauricio Morales + ‘Sharpening ideas against prison. Chile: CALL FROM THE PRISONS OF THE CHILEAN STATE. Communiqué of anarchist and subversive prisoners

Posted on 2022/05/14 - 2022/05/14 by darknights

Joining wills and consciences for the return to the streets of comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda.

“No one will be able to erase the history of offensive resistance outside and inside Chilean prisons because in this is the commitment of hundreds of comrades and accomplices throughout the world who do not and will not stop until they see the last bastion of the prison society fall.”

-Necessary Clarities on Prison

Politics in today’s chile….

Various related networks.

February 2022.

A year ago, at this time, we were conducting a hunger strike that lasted 50 days demanding the repeal of the amendments to DL 321, the annulment of the sentences of military prosecution and thus the release to the street of our comrade Marcelo Villarroel.

Today we give a new impulse to this struggle, which is fully in force, persisting as a collective priority in the return to the street of Marcelo, in whom are condensed clear and unacceptable legal aberrations that go beyond the very legality of power.

Marcelo was arrested in Argentina in March 2008 where he spent 22 months in prison, then he was expelled to Chile and today he is just over a year and a half away from serving a 14-year sentence for two bank robberies carried out in 2007, the comrade is also being held captive by a series of sentences from the early 90’s issued by the military prosecutors of Pinochet that amount to more than 46 years and with this they intend to bury him in prison perpetuating his sentences in the midst of an unacceptable complicit silence of all the structures that affirm the political, legal, police and penitentiary framework of the Chilean state. CHILE: TOWARDS TOTAL LIBERATION MEMORY AND COUNTERCULTURE

Posted on 2022/05/09 by darknights

In combative memory of comrade Mauricio Morales 13 years after his death on the way to attack the gendarmerie school, we gather again around his memorial to take off towards different horizons, always in search of total liberation, fighting all forms of authority.

The anarchic memory connects us between different generations of comrades, feeding our present and motivating new steps, new decisions.

Our dead walk with us and laugh, mocking oblivion and passivity.
Because nothing is over and everything continues…

Our memory is black, our heart too.
Punki Mauri presente!

Santiago, Chile: Arson attack against two buses in the Simon Bolivar neighborhood + Claim by “Animales refractarixs”.

Posted on 2022/04/28 by darknights

Source: Noticias de la Guerra Social

During the commemoration day for the death of Erick and Ivan in the Simon Bolivar population, a demonstration went through the neighborhood and then went to the main avenue to set up barricades and congregate at the memorial where both were killed.

It is in the midst of this usual dynamic that a group managed to intercept two micro-buses and descended the passengers and the driver and then set them on fire. The huge blaze destroyed both vehicles and subsequently prompted firefighters to take action.

The demonstration ended without arrests and retreated through different sectors of the neighborhood. Soon after, a communiqué was sent to different counter-information pages, reaching our email (noticiasdelaguerrasocial(a)riseup.net), with the following text:

**Claim**.

Saturday, April 16.

In the context of the 33rd commemoration of the death in combat of Erick Rodríguez and Iván Palacios in the Simón Bolívar neighborhood in Quinta Normal. Together with a group of individuals we went to the usual conflict zone that takes place every year on this classic day.

With our backpacks loaded with accelerant and armed for the confrontation with the bastard police. We waited patiently for a public transportation system vehicle to cross the street. As soon as the opportunity arose, we stopped two buses coming at a medium distance. We non-violently got off the drivers and the people on the buses. Then we proceeded to spray both machines with our favorite liquid, in order to illuminate the dark night on Radal Street. Santiago, Chile: Sabotage and demolition of surveillance cameras in the Simón Bolívar neighborhood + Claim of “Some shadows in the night”

Posted on 2022/04/28 - 2022/04/28 by darknights

Source: Noticias de la Guerra Social

On April 10, an anonymous group decided to demolish a huge metal structure located in the Simon Bolivar square, on San Pablo avenue, destroying a series of cameras and surveillance infrastructure that was installed to observe the population.

The action took place before the commemoration of the fall in combat of Erick and Ivan Palacios, which is remembered every April with fire and street agitation. The action was vindicated by “Some shadows in the night”.

Claim

Sabotage to the panopticon of power

In the early morning of Sunday April 10 we went to the Simon Bolivar square in Quinta Normal to demolish several cameras of the power and police that were on a 2-story metal pole in which there were 3 cameras.

We claim this sabotage a few days before commemorating 33 years of the fall in combat of the combatants Erick Rodriguez and Ivan Palacios at the hands of the C.N.I.* in an ambush in an attempted action to knock out an eletric transformer in the San Pablo and Radal avenues, this in the same neighborhood Simon Bolivar on April 18, 1989. Rome, Italy: Texts and materials distributed during the initiative of 26/11/21 at Bencivenga + Contributions of Alfredo Cospito and Juan Sorroche

Posted on 2022/02/20 by darknights

We receive and publish a series of texts and materials distributed during the initiative in solidarity with the Chilean prisoners, held at the Bencivenga Occupato on November 26, 2021. Two booklets: one on the hunger strike conducted by prisoners in Chile, the other is a collection of texts, many translated from the magazine Kalinov Most, which were intended to better focus the topics of the debate: the specific reality of Chilean prisons, solidarity, fight against prison. There are also two contributions of Juan and Alfredo for the initiative, which they asked to be disseminated.

UNTIL THE DESTRUCTION OF THE PRISON-SOCIETY

(leaflet of introduction to the debate distributed during the initiative)

This initiative was born with the need to send, in our own small way, a gesture of solidarity to the comrades prisoners in Chile who in the first months of this year have undertaken two hard hunger strikes. We want to support them, also through the translations contained in the pamphlets prepared for this meeting, by spreading the determination with which they have carried out their struggle inside the prison, with the aim of feeling it closer to us who are outside those walls and far from those territories. Although at the end of their mobilization the prisoners did not get all that they demanded, it still allowed them to build and establish bonds of complicity, both inside and outside the prison. Ties that have made this struggle transcend barriers and borders and that, since it has clearly positioned itself against all forms of coercion and domination, have made it recognizable and vindicable by refractory people all over the world.

But it is not for simple voyeurism towards distant rebellions that we are here today. With this initiative we also intend to underline our complicity with our comrades who today are prisoners of the State, so that they know that they are not alone. Also in this part of the world we have anarchist prisoners who have recently conducted several struggles inside the prison. Struggles conducted individually or collectively, strikes and mass uprisings such as those of March 2020 against pandemic management inside prisons. Struggles whose quality, to take up a concept expressed with emphasis in the contribution that Juan, a prisoner in the Terni prison, wrote for this initiative, is closely related to the relationships that exist between inside and outside the prison. These relationships are the same on which prisoners and Chilean comrades have repeatedly insisted, stating that “the prison is part of the options of the struggle, it is part of it and therefore, instead of being a parenthesis or a pause, it is configured as one more scenario in which to carry out the clash” and that it is necessary to understand “the prisoner as an active comrade, in struggle, who is in this particular condition as a result of a chosen path that does not end within [those] four walls”. Relationships in which it is necessary to invest if we want to recognize a prisoner as our comrade, as a complicit in the struggle against all power, especially at this time when these relationships are under attack. The latest repressive operations in Italy have in fact, among others, the purpose of hitting the communication between the world outside and inside the prison, putting pressure on the epistolary communication through which prisoners continue to be part of the anarchist debate and struggle, providing reflections, contributions, proposals for action and stimuli for action. Now more than ever it is therefore the time to increase efforts in the direction of greater communication and complicity with the prisoners, having as its objective not mere support in the charitable way, but rather the reinforcement of our offensive capacity against this system of domination and exploitation. Wallmapu: Conviction against those who attacked police

Posted on 2022/02/02 by darknights

After the repression of a Mapuche march in August 2020 in the city of Temuco, skirmishes spread throughout the city. It was just at that moment that a lone policeman received a well-deserved beating, leaving him with a fractured jaw and collarbone, leaving a beautiful image that went viral.

Following surveillance cameras and eyewitnesses, OS-9 personnel managed to arrest three people who had participated in the attack.

At the end of January 2022 they faced trial accused of serious injuries, being considered guilty. The prosecution is requesting 7 years in prison for the two adults and 3 years and a day in semi-closed regime for the teenager.

Sometimes it is costly to defend the order of the rich?
