Smash COP30: Last week, representatives of UN member states flew into Belém, Brazil, with their insanely large entourage of journalists, security forces, and scientists to ponder their inaction, take group photos, and announce statements they will not keep. All this while we are governed by people who care more about supplying German industry with enough critical raw materials and positioning themselves for careers after their term in office than trying to prevent the complete destruction of the Earth.

Belém has been upgraded for tourists, the rich, and politicians because of the COP summit. While tourists stroll along the shiny new harbor dock, houses have been cleared and the exploited and poor pushed to the margins of the city. Neighborhoods have been buried under concrete. It is the same dynamic of gentrification and repression that we know from other meetings of the world’s powerful.

The tradition of colonization manifests itself through the exploitation of the rainforest, industrial agriculture, mining, and oil production, which destroy indigenous territories. Musk stands for exactly this logic and is not without reason the richest person on this planet. We want to see his empire in flames!

Incendiary attack on the car of Bernd Baumann, chairman of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag

Fiery greetings to the antifas who are being prosecuted, in prison, or on the run!

On the night of November 3, 2025, we destroyed Bernd Baumann’s BMW, president of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag*, which was parked at 111 Trenknerweg in the Othmarschen district of Hamburg, with an incendiary device.

In a few weeks, two major trials against antifas will begin in Dresden and Düsseldorf. Thirteen comrades are accused of several attacks against Nazis and their structures in Germany and Hungary. The heavy sentences in the first trial, known as “Antifa Ost,”** and in the trial against Hanna*** in September indicate a strong desire on the part of the authorities to convict. Until now, the justice system has often found it difficult to convict members of militant left-wing groups that are not organized as guerrilla groups for belonging to a criminal or terrorist organization. Now, those in power are trying to establish new criteria. In Hungary, the Netherlands, and the United States, Antifa has been added to the list of “terrorist” opponents.

At a time when the murderous and racist daily practices of the Nazis, ordinary people, and cops are constantly intensifying, when the closure of borders to refugees, guaranteed by military force, in Europe, Germany, and the United States is increasing, and the US president rambles on about how he loves the smell of deportations in the morning and uses the army against anti-racist protests and resistance, in this era it is urgent to organize militantly against fascism. In other words, to do exactly what the antifas currently being prosecuted are being criticized for.

* The Bundestag is the equivalent of the French National Assembly. The far-right Alternative für Deutschland party has 151 seats there, making it the largest opposition group to the “grand coalition” government, composed of the right (CDU-CSU) and the center-left (SPD).
** A repressive case in which the Saxony state court (in the east of the country) tried four anti-fascist comrades in May 2023 for a series of attacks against neo-Nazis between 2018 and 2020. The sentences ranged from two and a half to five years and three months in prison (for grievous bodily harm and membership of a criminal organization). Lina, the comrade who received the heaviest sentence, as she was considered the leader of the group that the cops and journalists call the “Hammerband” (hammer gang), is currently in prison.
A second trial against seven anti-fascists accused of the same crimes will begin in Dresden on November 25 (see here for information about one of the defendants).
*** An anti-fascist comrade from Nuremberg, Hanna was sentenced to five years in prison for grievous bodily harm and membership of a criminal organization (the prosecution had also charged her with attempted murder) for attacks on neo-Nazis during their “Day of Honor” celebrations in Budapest in February 2023 (as part of the multiple trials taking place in Hungary and Germany in the “Budapest Antifas” case).
In addition to the trial currently underway in Budapest against Maja, six other Antifa members will soon be tried in Düsseldorf on very serious charges of “attempted murder” and “membership of a criminal organization.”

Bremen, Germany: In Rage and Solidarity with the Uprising in Indonesia

Attack on the Indonesian Honorary Consulate in Bremen. Against the rise of militarism and neo-fascism in Indonesia and everywhere!

On September 7, 2025, at around 2:15 a.m., we attacked the Indonesian Honorary Consulate in Überseestadt, Bremen, with paint fire extinguishers. With the slogan “Tantang Tirani!¹” we disappeared into the night.

On August 25, massive protests and unrest began in many parts of the Indonesian archipelago, triggered by the planned massive increase in salaries for the parliamentary elite. The protests were militant from the outset, but after the cops ran over and killed 21-year-old delivery worker Affan Kurniawan on August 28, the protests exploded into a massive uprising. Delivery workers, anarchists, and youth looted and burned down police stations, politicians’ homes, and government buildings. President Prabowo Subianto deployed the military, and at least six people have been killed by police and military forces so far. If one follows world events with open eyes, the question arises: why are
we anarchists and our ideas and methods so socially irrelevant at this
point in history?

Raging wars and a variety of global crises increasingly highlight the
inability of those in power to offer real solutions. If their best
response is to sow fear and conscript us as drone and cannon fodder,
then the current situation demands revolutionary responses from below.
What do we have to propose?

From November 7th to the 9th, we want to come together at Mehringhof in
Berlin-Kreuzberg, get to know each other and our different realities,
and exchange ideas. We gather not only to react to the new failures of
the state and capitalist system, but also to develop our own long-term
responses and build resilient networks and structures based on mutual
aid and communality, as well as an anti-authoritarian, non-reformist and
antagonistic stance.

Kassel, Germany: Never fit for combat! Fire at Bundeswehr vehicle depot

It’s war, and Germany is getting ready. Military, political, and economic associations have been gripped by a mania for military preparedness, and everyone is expected to go along with it. “Operation Deustchland” is supposed to make the country fit for war in five years, and camouflage is flourishing everywhere: Rheinmetall, KNDS, and others are snapping up one location after another, the civil clause is crumbling at universities, VW’s management is thinking out loud about getting into the arms business, hospitals and supply structures are being made ready for war, and the Bundeswehr is promoting service to Germany with glossy image campaigns in schools, social media, and billboards. Investment in armaments is becoming a principle of sustainability. Parallel to material and ideological rearmament, there is an authoritarian shift internally, as can be seen in the repression of Palestine solidarity or the anti-militarist movement. The turning point is also in full swing.

Even Friedrich Merz knows that capitalism is in a serious global crisis, and Germany’s “export world champion” model is also suffering as a result: “It was primarily the Americans who secured peace and our freedom, while we concentrated on the economy – and it ran brilliantly. Global markets, cheap intermediate products mainly from China, low-cost energy mainly from Russia, refinement in Germany and then out into the world – that was the German business model. All of that is now being called into question.”

So tough times are ahead, dear citizens. But if German capital wants to continue exploiting the world, making the rich richer and finally producing strong, capable men again, then we have to go through with it. And we have to do it together. This mindset is not one that is only fermenting in the depths of Blackrock’s brains. From all sides, the cry echoes through the republic: Prepare for war if you want to keep your prosperity and freedom. For the struggle for power in the 21st century is far from decided; it is entering a new phase.

The fact that we now have to prepare for World War III here at home brings home the reality of the world. For all the years that we were able to tell ourselves fairy tales of peace and prosperity, cannons were thundering elsewhere. War has been killing for years wherever there is still something to be gained: in Iraq, Yemen, Gaza, destroying societies in Mexico, Kurdistan, Brazil, and raping in Ukraine, Congo, and the Sahara.

But those who bet only on war are incapable of true peace. The fight against war is a fight against capitalism, which needs every crisis to generate new profits, just as it is a fight against patriarchy, which for millennia has drummed into us that there will always be rulers and ruled in this world. There is no place for humanity, community, and dignity in this logic. This will never be our war. It is a war of the rulers, dripping with destructive masculinity, delusions of grandeur, and exploitation. Neither Trump, Putin, Xi Jinping, nor Netanyahu are fighting for human values in this war.

We will not allow ourselves to be distracted by their games. A good life can only be achieved when people across national borders fight for a world that is not up for sale and in which human lives are not cheaply exploited. What we need is a peace movement that fights and lives up to its name. We need a whole flood of initiatives, networks, actions, and resistance to counter the impending conflagration. Our action is part of this, and we welcome everyone who comes together, organizes, resists, and seeks solutions.

Never alone, always together, always international! Yes, war and fascism are already at our doorstep, but together with all our fighting friends around the world, this can be our turning point. Because Lieutenant General Bodemann is right about one thing when he says: “The most important thing is that, in the end, every single citizen will matter in this war.” Mr. Bodemann, we agree on that.

So: Do what really matters!
Never fit for war—not today, not in 2029, never again!

Berlin, Germany: Update on the legal situation of Rigaer94 EN/DE

There hasn’t been a legal update by us in the past 10 months. Now a lot of stuff is happening again and we are not sure how this will all turn out. What we are sure about is that the enemies of the house are continuing their actions in order to destroy the house. We will not stop fighting them. Here is a brief overview of the legal status of the house right now and the changes which have been going on.

What is the current situation?

Since most of the remaining rent contracts were canceled last summer, the vast majority of the flats are right now without those rent contracts. There are just five rent contracts remaining in the whole house. It seems like our enemies are trying to get rid of the rent contracts bit by bit, in order to create a legal base for a complete eviction of the house.

Court cases that happened in the last months (or didn´t)

On September 4th 2024, there should have been an appeal about some of the rent contracts from 1992 in the back house and against the people who were added to these lawsuits, as a result of the raid in October 2021. Before that, the Amtsgericht dismissed those eviction lawsuits against the rent contracts. The court date was postponed because the so-called lawyer of Lafone, Bernau, sent some documents too late to the judges to include them. Since then there has been no new date scheduled for this.You can find a more detailed description here.
The lawyers of Lafone lodged a disciplinary complaint against judges of the 66th chamber of Landgericht II, accusing and suing the judges for allegedly delaying the trials. This disciplinary complaint was declined. We can only laugh at both our enemies fighting each other.
As we published last year, in three proceedings about two apartments in front house as well as one room in the attic of back house, the legitimacy of the letterbox company Lafone was not questioned by the judges anymore. The apartments in front house still did not get eviction orders, though for one of them a person is supposed to pay their alleged ‘rent debts’, about 20.000€. For the room in the attic on the other side, the judges actually seem willing to issue an eviction order. Since we published this information, all those decisions were confirmed by the Kammergericht – therefore, the highest court in Berlin now seems to accept the legitimacy of this letter box company.

Leonid Medved is the “Owner” of Lafone

Part of this change is also that Leonid Medved is now officially listed as owner of Lafone (and therefore R94) on Companys House. He is described as an “individual person with significant control”. It is said that he directly or indirectly holds 75% or more of the shares in the company. (PDF) Medved became registrable as shareholder on 06/04/2016, but the entry note was just published on 25/04/2025. With this first listing in an official document of the company we now have proof of what we have known for a long time.

Info on upcoming eviction court cases

There are a lot of trials regarding our house coming up in September. Besides attempting to get eviction titles for the squatted flats and those who had rent contracts since 1992, Lafone is trying to get rid of the remaining renters of front house by cancelling their rent contracts.

On 17th of September, all of the rented flats of front house will have appeal hearings. The first lawsuits that attempted to cancel those rent contracts were rejected years ago. Aditionally, some of the trials against people who were added to the lawsuits following the raid in October 2021 will happen that day in the same court room. These hearings will happen at Landgericht II.

Also on 17.9., there will be a court case against the Kadterschmiede and Keimzelle. The last eviction lawsuit against Kadterschmiede and Keimzelle was rejected by the Kammergericht. Bernaus appeal against that was declined by the federal supreme court (BGH) in November 2023. In the end of last year, Bernau filed another eviction lawsuit against Kadterschmiede and Keimzelle, starting from scratch.

For all the court cases all the affected parties have to come. That means the accused, but also Lisa Close, the director of Lafone Investments, will be there. Let’s give her a proper welcome!

Shutting down the heart of the megamachine – Fire of microchip production

Last night, we set fire to fuse boxes, supply cables and a ventilation system belonging to Micro Resist Technology on the grounds of the Wuhlheide Innovation Park. While Germany is once again unrestrainedly mobilizing for military strength and war capability with a turnaround, special funds and compulsory military service, we are targeting the heart of the technological mega-machine with our sabotage and, with microchip production, are also hitting one of the most sensitive points of civil-military cooperation. This attack is intended as a contribution to the protests against National Veterans Day next Sunday – fire and flame instead of glory and honor for militarism, soldiering and fatherland!

Tiny giants at the intersection of technology and war

The web of capitalist domination is tightening ever tighter around us. Technological progress is the engine that drives the destructive mega-machine and allows it to penetrate ever further into the most intimate areas of our existence. Inanimate objects made of plastic and metal, which, equipped with sensors, microphones, lenses, microchips etc., are increasingly becoming prostheses for social interaction, replacing genuine, empathetic relationships and causing our cognitive abilities to atrophy. At the same time, we are being tracked at every turn by social media, voice assistants, artificial intelligence, “smart” devices, facial recognition and many other surveillance tools, whereby everything we do is being increasingly incorporated into the capitalist value chain. Big data becomes big money. The implementation of such technologies in our everyday lives shapes our existence and the algorithmic calculations derived from them increasingly decide and determine our future. Once we have become accustomed to them, these mechanisms have such an all-encompassing effect that it is almost inconceivable for most people today to escape their digital grasp. For many, even the thought of it triggers anxiety. What remains is an army of slaves to the machine, dependent, controlled, externally determined and not even aware of this relationship.

However, this is only one side of the technological attack. Technology can and should not only manipulate our thoughts and actions, it should also kill. Almost all relevant technologies can be traced back to military research and development in order to gain advantages on the battlefield. Not only against hostile nations, but also in the social war against the exploited, superfluous and precarious of the population. From nuclear power to the internet, from cybernetics to artificial intelligence – our everyday lives are permeated by things that have a military logic at their core. In extreme cases, this can mean that apps that playfully accompany us through the day today feed and train the same machines on the basis of which an AI-controlled drone will determine and destroy its target tomorrow. A practice that is sometimes used by the Israeli military in particular through AI programs such as “Lavender” in their unleashed campaign of destruction against the Palestinian population of Gaza and with the friendly support of their Western accomplices. What seems like an episode from a dystopian science fiction movie is the gruesome reality of technological “achievements”, which are summarized under the term “dual-use” and are inherent in most technologies. Companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Siemens, Telekom and Tesla are just some of the best-known players operating at the interface between civil and military applications. Companies that produce highly specialized key technologies such as microchips/semiconductors, without which none of the modern technical devices would work, are far less well known. Greece: Message of Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis for the trial of comrade Daniela Klette (25/3/2025)

The whole game of the German state on the comrades Daniela Klette, Ernst Volker Staub and Burkhard Garweg is an operation of psychological warfare, what they call in their terminology psy ops. In addition to the always fruitless attempt of the counter-insurgency to isolate revolutionary struggle, in this hunt it wants to torture the living history, to bury it under the concrete, in order to spread the idea that all resistance is eventually exterminated, to instill terror in the new revolutionary generations. The act of evading from the counter-insurgency’s dragnet is an important resistance: It removes from the state the opportunity to hold the ritual of the “final act”. For this reason, its vengeance against defiant history, now manifested on the body and person of comrade Daniela, is rampant.

The fugitives prove that the passage to free life cannot be blocked. Despite the capitulation of the revolutionary organization, the three comrades have lived for decades in the struggle for the self-organization of proletarian life against the chains of class discipline and bourgeois civilization that kills for money. Now it is in the hands of all of us to pass on the history of the comrades to the current resistances. The hearts that refuse to live enslaved do not leave the final act to any master. And because every “final” word of the state, political, judicial, economic, scientific, determines the crushing of the common body, we will do everything to end Daniela Klette’s captivity.

The most important political legacy of the German revolutionary movement is the strategic and organic internationalism. Burkhard to this day is not hiding, he is singing for the bloodied body of Palestine, of Kurdistan, of the poly-ethnic proletariat and the Earth. The familiar old Europe of colonial war, nationalism and imperialism wants to put Daniela on trial. Let the vampires understand that our people are not for their teeth.
