Santiago, Chile: Responsibility claim for explosive attack against SerCor S.A. subsidiary of AntarChile

On the night of October 19, three years after the revolt, we attacked with dynamite the company SerCor located in the Las Condes district, specifically in building 150 of El Golf Avenue.

SerCor S.A. is a company of the corporate center of the Angelini Group that offers consulting and support to company boards for the administrative development of their capitalist businesses. SerCor is under the control of AntarChile, which is a major investment company, also belonging to the Angelini Group, and which manages assets of more than US$20 billion.

AntarChile owns more than 70% of the shares of Forestal Arauco, a company with 1.6 million hectares of monoculture plantations responsible for the degradation and devastation of soils and which severely impacts the minimum conditions that a community needs to live, such as access to water and arable land. In addition, the MAPA project promoted by Arauco plans to modernize the pulp industry in southern Chile, reinforcing transnational extractivism in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Canada, the United States, Panama, among other countries.

Antar also owns the fishing companies Corpesca, Igemar and Orizon with a control in assets of more than 80%. It should be remembered that the fishing company Corpesca bribed by paying more than 200 million to former senator Jaime Orpis (UDI) and former congresswoman Marta Isasi (former UDI) to defend the industrial fishing interests in the congress. Longueira was another of those who profited from this scheme, known as the “Fishing Law” or “Longueira Law”, which benefited the large fishing industry to the detriment of the autonomous fisherman. Through different suppliers, this politician received a sum of 730 million pesos between September 2009 and March 2015 from the company Corpesca. BioBio, Chile: Explosive attack knocks down high voltage pylons + Banner claimed by the “Autonomous Urban Resistance”

At 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2022, on the eve of the beginning of an election day that sought to elucidate which would be the governing constitution, anonymous hands decided to stay away from the ballot boxes and close to the sabotage.

A thunderous noise shook the commune of Hualqui, in the Bio Bio Region near the city of Concepción. Specifically on the route that joins Hualqui with Quilacoya.

A Transelec high-voltage tower was completely knocked down, damaging those next to it. Despite the destruction, the electricity supply was not affected in the area.

With explosive charges, the persons unknown took the tower off its axis, four dynamite charges were installed, exploding only 3. At dawn, the police personnel managed to go to the sector and noticed not only the damage to the electrical infrastructure, but also a banner left by those responsible for the attack.

A black banner with white letters claimed responsibility for the action, signing it as “Resistencia Urbana Autónoma” (Autonomous Urban Resistance).

In the early hours, the government decided to lower the profile of the events, with the Undersecretary of the Interior Manuel Monsalve himself describing it as a “small incident” due to the fact that third parties had cut a tension cable. Shortly afterwards, he had to retract his statement in view of the evidence of the facts.

Mexico City, Mexico: Explosive Attack against “Ricardo Flores Magón” Police Station

On September 3, 2022, we set off an explosive artifact made with dynamite, gunpowder, ammonium sulfate, nitrates, phosphates and butane gas. This happened at approximately one in the morning at the Ricardo Flores Magón Police station located in Jaime Torres Bodet and Ciprés streets of the Santa María la Ribera neighborhood in the territory occupied by Mexico City.

We repudiate that the Mexican Police dare to use the name of Ricardo Flores Magón, whom we consider an important reference of the internationalist anarchist struggle and who detested all kinds of government during his life, to appoint a station of the Mexican police repressors in Mexico City . We warn that we will burn the same station again and again until they stop staining his name in such an opprobrious way.

We also repudiate that the Government of Mexico use our comrade Magón in an attempt to make the imposition of its militarized government legitimate.

2006/2007 – Operazione “FAI DA TE”

To give context to the recent Cassation court of our anarchist comrades imprisoned and feeling the blows of repression that is Operation Scripta Manent in Italy that targetted the Italian Informal Anarchist Federation, we translate and repost the communiques of ‘Operation “FAI DE TE” (D.I.Y.) in which the bomb attack by ‘Rivolta Anonima Tremenda – Federazione Anarchica Informale’ against the Carabinieri School in Fossano features. This attack was described as ‘poiltical massacre’ by the scum of the Italian justice mafiosa and formed an integral part of the Scripta Manent trial.

On the night of June 2, 2006, two devices hidden inside two garbage bins placed about ten meters from each other explode in front of the Carabinieri cadet school in Fossano. The two explosions are timed to occur 25 minutes apart. The second device contained numerous bolts. Carabinieri officers attracted by the first explosion thought it was an act of vandalism, so they cleared the debris from the road and moved away before the second explosion occurred

OPERATION DO-IT-YOURSELF
With Operation DO-IT-YOURSELF, the RAT was born: celebrating in our own way, with 2 large firecrackers filled with bolts, the birth of the infamous Italian republic and the equally infamous anniversary of the Carabinieri weapon.

Saturday July 9th, the court of Treviso sentenced our friend and comrade Juan to 28 years’ prison (plus three years’ probation, 30,000 euro in compensation to the League and 17,000 euro in court costs) because he was held responsible for the attack in Treviso of the Carroccio in August 2018. Following the recent configuration of the charge of ‘political massacre’ – which stipulates life imprisonment – for an explosive attack on the carabinieri barracks in Fossano attributed to the anarchists Anna and Alfredo, this is the highest penalty, in our memory, ever imposed in Italy for a direct action that resulted in no injuries.

Among the infinite possible examples, it can be observed that the charge of ‘political massacre’ was not even brought against the Capaci massacre, [1992, anti-mafia Judge Giovanni Falcone, his wife and three escort cops, are killed in an explosion on the motorway near Palermo, Sicily and seven other people injured] while the fascist Traini was sentenced to 12 years for shooting at immigrants, wounding six of them, (and against a PD [Democratic Party] premises…). The aggravating circumstances of ‘terrorism’ (and of ‘massacres’ with neither dead nor wounded) apply to revolutionaries in general and anarchists in particular. We could also remember what was said in so much of so-called civil society in 2018 about state racism, on immigrants segregated on ships in ports, on the declarations of Interior Minister Salvini.

We say declarations on purpose, because the actual practice of state racism, criminal agreements with Libya, etc. has never been changed by whatever government in charge. But the social consensus towards institutional racism is no mere trifle: the Captain’s [Salvini, Northern League, anti-migrant ex-deputy pm and home minister] daily tweets produced a security decree that increased the possible penalties for picketing and roadblocking to 12 years. As has been the case in Italy since 1975 – in that unique security text that began with the Reale Law and has never been completed – ‘exceptional’ regulations proliferate without any democratic outcry ever leading to the slightest repeal. While we are discovering the obvious these days: that political pressure from a multinational like Uber is behind the taxi competition rules, we pretend that the subject of ‘security’ is instead ‘technical’. As if the tightening of penalties against workers’ picketing was not commissioned by the logistics bosses. If until now no one had taken 28 years in prison for an action such as the one in Treviso, it was not because of legal limitations (with the aggravating circumstance of ‘terrorism’ applied to the individual segments that make up an action – packaging, transport, use of ‘deadly’ materials – one can get close to life imprisonment), but because of social limitations. Santiago, Chile: Explosive attack against Belasco construction company in Las Condes + Claim by “Grupo de Acción 6 de Julio-Nueva Subversión”

During the night of Tuesday, July 5, around 23:00hrs an anonymous cyclist was riding through the wealthy streets of Las Condes to stop at the intersection of Ebro and Encomenderos.

In the place is located the corporate building of the construction company Belasco, the anonymous cyclist manages to enter a small package through the fence to give towards the interior of the building. After a few minutes, the device explodes, causing damage to the facade, mainly to the pillar, the entrance gate and glass of the building.

The unknown silhouette manages to continue its course without any problem or being detected. The typical police personnel for these events arrive at the place: GOPE, LABOCAR, OS-9 in charge of the already traditional Fiscalia Sur, self-styled expert for these cases.

From the progressive government, the Minister of the Interior Izkia Siches said: “the investigations are in progress, I am aware of it and we hope that they will be able to give a quick account. These are facts that we obviously reject as a government and we hope they will not be repeated in our country”.

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Interior, Manuel Monsalve, said: “We must not anticipate judgments, there are audiovisual images of the person who placed the explosive device, with respect to the company Besalco”. Santiago, Chile: (Updated) Explosive Attack against Gendarmerie Officers Circle in Retirement + Claim of “Célula Insurreccional 2 de Noviembre”.

During the early morning of May 26, 2022, around 1:00 a.m., two hooded men ride a bicycle to the building where the miserable torturers “in retirement” remain. The Circle of Gendarmerie Officials in Retirement (CIRGENCHI), located in José Toribio Medina # 72, in the heart of downtown Santiago.

The unknown persons left a device to leave quickly without being detected or attracting attention. Soon after, a loud explosion occurs, alerting the neighbors, without causing any damage or injuries.

Police personnel quickly arrived and the case was taken to the South Prosecutor’s Office, which delegated its proceedings to personnel from GOPE, LABOCAR and OS9. At first it was reported that a fire extinguisher with its normal chemical powder charge was found in the place, but with the passing of time this information will be denied by the protagonists.

The attack is claimed by the “Célula Insurreccional 2 de Noviembre” through e-mails to different counter-information pages, specifying the explosive nature of the device, as well as directly linking the action to the commemoration of the death of Mauricio Morales in 2009 and the urgent campaign for the release of Marcelo Villarroel, imprisoned by the convictions of the Military Prosecutor’s Office.
It is also noted that this attack was carried out in coordination with the arson attack on the medialuna of the commune of Pedro Aguirre Cerda, by the Grupo de Respuesta Animal (Animal Response Group).

The attack of May 2022 is not the first against this enclosure, already at the end of April 2016 the Autonomous Fraction “Sole y Baleno” carried out an arson attack against the same Circle of Gendarmerie Officials in Retiro, generating considerable damages.

Puerto Montt, Chile: Explosive attack against Special Forces police station + Revival of “Negra venganza. Nucleos de Melipulli Jose Huenante”

During the night of May 25 in the southern city of Puerto Montt, a roar shook the 8th Police Station of Special Forces, now renamed COP (Public Order Control) to clean up its image.

The explosion affected the police building located on Calle Deber Cumplido in Población Miramar.

The prosecutor of the area, Myriam Perez, ordered the concurrence of specialized personnel to the place, that is to say GOPE, Labocar and OS-9 personnel. For her part, Giovanna Moreira, presidential delegate of the Lo Lagos region confirmed the filing of a complaint, stating: “we will not tolerate violent actions that endanger people”.
