PROYECTO FÉNIX (traducido al español, 2015)

El “Proyecto Fénix” nace como un gesto solidario dedicado a Alfredo Cospito y Nicola Gai, del “Núcleo Olga FAI/FRI” que asumió la responsabilidad del ataque armado contra Roberto Adinolfi, empresario nuclear de “Ansaldo Nucleare”, y además como una iniciativa internacional de ataque, comenzando en Grecia con la colocación de un artefacto explosivo contra la Directora de la Prisión de Korydallos.

La expansión de las acciones enmarcadas dentro del proyecto se desarrolla a lo largo y ancho de distintos territorios donde la práctica insurreccional pasa de la teoría a la acción, en absoluta consecuencia con las palabras de quienes se declaran en Guerra contra toda Autoridad y el Poder. A su vez, es un incandescente foco revolucionario que insta al diálogo y al debate entre distintos individuxs organizadxs de manera informal y difusa que dan forma al ataque permanente y minoritario.

La práctica del internacionalismo anárquico es uno de los cimientos del proyecto, es el momento donde el ataque autónomo encuentra un campo en común que une, nutre y potencia distintas realidades y tensiones, apuntando y calibrando en su alma la persiste confrontación contra lo existente.

Cada instancia de sabotaje y acción insurrecta coordinada en el Proyecto Fénix, significa asumir una proyección de lucha y combate que desafía sin tregua ni misericordia la paz del orden ciudadano, haciendo entender que cada sitio es un punto de conflicto, y que la expansión del ataque solo depende de nuestras capacidades y voluntades.

En ésta versión del video agregamos el resto de acciones desde el Noveno Acto (México) hasta el Catorceavo Acto (Reino Unido), que siguieron dando forma y pulso al proyecto durante el 2014. Durante el año 2015 se han realizado tres acciones enmarcadas dentro de esta iniciativa internacional de ataque, en Grecia el grupo “Anarquía Combativa FAI/FRI” reivindica un ataque incendiario contra oficinas de Microsoft, en República Checa la “Célula Poesía del Fuego FAI/FRI” asume la responsabilidad de un ataque incendiario contra un vehículo policial e inician la campaña “Vamos a destruir la represión”, mientras que en Chile un artefacto incendiario es activado en una sede de explotación animal y es reivindicado por la “Célula Anarquista de Ataque Incendiario “Fuego y Conciencia” FAI/FRI”.

Durante las últimas detenciones en Grecia, la policía vincula a Christos Rodopoulos con el paquete bomba enviado a Dimitris Mokkas, fiscal encargado del caso Conspiración de Células del Fuego, y continúa la investigación y el proceso contra los compañeros Spyros Mandylas y Andreas Tsavdaridis, que fueron detenidos y acusados de participar en el envío del paquete bomba contra Dimitris Xorianopoulos. Ambas acciones enmarcadas dentro del proyecto, acto seis y cuatro respectivamente.

Enviamos nuestra absoluta complicidad y hermandad con lxs compañerxs de la Conspiración de Células del Fuego en Grecia, saludamos la victoria de su huelga de hambre, y la permanente actitud de confrontación frente al carcelero, sin ceder ni un centímetro ni doblegándose ante la Autoridad. About the Switch Off! attack campaign

A year ago in Europe a campaign of attack against companies and infrastructures that feed the ecological catastrophe around the world, entitled Switch Off! was launched. Large and small actions have positioned themselves in offensive from the concern and need to confront an evident eco-systemic collapse provoked by the global capitalist machinery that destroys everything in its path.

The intention of the campaign is to “attack the system in a sustainable way”, placing direct action in a common context through anonymous communication with each other, inviting to arm themselves with their own means and go on the offensive against the productive infrastructure and with it the property, without falling into false discursive, institutional and/or technological illusions, “making it clear that there can be no green capitalist alternative, nor peace with the existing conditions”.

In a first statement of presentation we can see more precisely what is the background and objective of why to invite the use of the slogan “Switch Off!”:

Switch off – a call to revolt

The certainty that the current system will lead to the collapse of the massively damaged ecosystem has already moved countless people and driven them into resistance. Tens of thousands are taking to the streets against the capitalist machinery’s “business as usual”, people are resisting the destructive large-scale projects en masse, the system’s infrastructure is being blocked and courageous fighters are setting fire to the machines that are robbing them of their livelihoods.

What we need in the struggle against the destruction of nature and the resulting social misery is the common striving for the real revolutionary break and the freedom of all. For an initiative that rejects all compromises and cosmetic corrections of the state and brings about a transformation of our social relations.

Because the destruction of the planet by the neoliberal economic system is inextricably linked to patriarchal thought patterns, racism and colonialism. The initiative for this must necessarily come from below. From the struggles of the marginalized. From the struggles of those who oppose the state’s promise of salvation with a self-organized, solidary coexistence. From the struggles of those who see that there can be no compromise in the fight against the systemic destruction of the biosphere.

We should also be aware that we cannot completely prevent the gradual collapse of a massively damaged ecosystem. Not the loss of biodiversity. Not the depletion of resources. We will not be able to prevent the climate catastrophe, as we are already in the midst of it. Admitting this – without any doomsday pathos – does not paralyze us. On the contrary: it should open up the question for us and our contexts of what our lives and our revolutionary struggles could look like in the future.

We can hardly block and sabotage as radically and uncompromisingly as the climate change caused by capitalism requires. But we should not be discouraged by this. Let us question, sabotage and sustainably attack the infrastructure of capitalism in the fight against exploitation. So that another world becomes possible! Let us cooperate with each other in solidarity so that we can live a dignified life. Let us realize our ideas in the here and now and already within our struggles and actions. We will not be lulled into complacency by the attempts at appeasement by those in power.

Against their technological solutions

The solutions offered by those in power for the now noticeable effects of the ecological crisis are primarily technological. This is obviously also driven by lobbying, but above all it is a strategy to legitimize themselves. The development, control and application of the “technologies of the future”, which are supposed to make growth capitalism “sustainable”, are in the hands of the state, industry and science and are inextricably linked to them. If we are being sold the illusion that climate change can be stopped technologically, then this is based on the belief that those in power only need to take the right steps, the right measures, to save this world.  For one thing, they have absolutely no interest in ending the expansionist capitalism that secures their position of power. And for another, technological reform, with the new dependencies it produces, is also doomed to failure. Examples of this could be e-mobility or technologies for the production of so-called renewable energies. The required raw materials are often procured in the course of neo-colonial environmental exploitation. The transportation of these raw materials and components is in turn highly dependent on fossil fuels. 1. The Beginning

The Fire Cells Conspiracy revolutionary organization didn’t begin its activity from out of nowhere. It wasn’t as if a straight line had cut through space and time. It was a future crying out from the past. The Conspiracy comprised a collective synthesis, connecting the backgrounds and viewpoints of all who participated in it and drawing valuable conclusions from past experiences of subversive projects and attacks we took part in.

It represented our desire to take a step further, not to climb some ladder of informal hierarchy that fetishizes violence and its methods, but to simply advance, move forward, and explore new perspectives, making the shift from a “bunch of friends” to an organization, from the sporadic to the consistent, from the spontaneous to the strategic.

Along the way, we assumed a critical stance toward the past, but we never went out of our way to be hostile. We are anarchy’s misfits, born from its potent moments and gaping voids. Additionally, the goal of critique and self-critique is not to put an end to something, but just the opposite: it’s an aspiration to evolve something. The fact that we’re not going to elaborate a corresponding critical review right now doesn’t mean we’re afraid to recognize our mistakes. Rather, it’s because that kind of examination is better served by distance and cool nerves than by impulse.

During no phase of our brief, intense history did we lose our collective memory of the anarchist milieu we come from. We also feel we discovered something we have in common with comrades who began the struggle before us, engaged in their own battles, were arrested and imprisoned, but never lowered their heads. We discovered the unrepentant passion for revolution that connects histories and realities of struggle from different decades in a shared context of individual and collective liberation.

In that context, we forged our own alphabet. Speaking the language of direct action, we openly raised the issue of creating organized infrastructure. As anarchists, we often distance ourselves from the concept of organization because we equate it with hierarchy, roles, specialization, “you must,” and obligations. After hundreds of nights spent, after being in a sea of individual adventures, we returned to our basement to continue the urban guerrilla warfare by enabling all methods of action, even though our footsteps were previously heavy enough to make the consistency of ouraggressiveness towards social relations overlaid by civilized moral societies and hierarchies. By a civilized moral society and the odious hierarchy and authority of the rulers and the bourgeoisie of the financiers! We will still attack as we are able to do at any time and anywhere! We are a threat to authoritarians and bourgeois financiers who love the monster of democracy for its profit!

On Monday June 12, 2023 at 02:56 AM we vandalized a Bank Negara Indonesia ATM located in front of Sekip Ujung Market, Jl. Amphibi, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. And an act of vandalism from our conspirators on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 00:30 AM in the morning at the Bank Tabungan Negara ATM located on Jl. Bibis Bunder, Gesikan, Krian, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java and at 00:59 AM WIB at the Bank Negara Indonesia ATM on Jl. Raya Kalijaten, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java.

Oaxaca, Mexico: Claim of explosive attack against Banco Bienestar – Anarchic Informality/F.A.I.

We claim the detonation of a homemade explosive device placed at an ATM of the Banco Bienestar located on the outskirts of the city of Oaxaca, a territory dominated by the Mexican state.

In the early morning of 14/02/23. We ignited the explosive. In the distance we heard the bang and the alarms of the bank. We calculated a more powerful impact that would cause greater damage to the ATM, and break for a moment with the tedium of social peace. This time the action was silenced by the henchmen of order and the press. We will sharpen the knife better for the next one. This seditious gesture is a combative salute to Alfredo Cospito and his irreducible war against prison and the 41 B.I.S. isolation regime.

It is clear to us that insurrectional solidarity needs will, courage and gunpowder.
We must intensify the conflict by pushing forward the attack!

EXPLOSIVE DEVICE AGAINST THE COURT OF PISA

The state, including the democratic state, is the greatest danger to the life and liberty of all living beings. It allows capitalism to flourish by ensuring the stability it needs through its punitive and repressive system. Everything and everyone must submit to its rules for the defense of mastery. Rules that serve to keep society pacified. The ability to conflate with this system of oppression and exploitation is stemmed through prevention, by keeping an eye on and placing in an asphyxiating system of social reintegration anyone who does not comply, and through the courts when thought becomes action, whether it is refusal of work and illegalism or direct action and subversion. Of individuals who choose to stay out of the social peace, there have always been some, so the criminal justice system takes on great importance for the maintenance of the state.

In every court every day hundreds of exploited people are sentenced. At blows of sentences men and women are buried in jails and their relationships of friendship and love mutilated. By blows of explosives structures will be struck and men of power maimed.

For every death at sea, in jail, of labor, in CPRs, not one but 100 bombs to the bosses.

Your cameras and guards sifting the city will never be enough to stop the action from penetrating your buildings.

On the night of Feb. 21, we placed an explosive device in the back door of the Pisa courthouse. We do not know if the deflagration occurred, but we would like to emphasize that this action takes on no small importance: we proved that it is possible to get close to the palaces of power and strike.

To counterterrorism: we know that you are preparing countless arrests for all these months of mobilization. Damn freeloaders, know that the blows of us oppressed will soon reach your hands.

The decisions made by Roberto Sparagna, by former Justice Minister Marta Cartabia, by the Rome Supervisory Court, up to those made by the current Justice Minister Nordio, will have historic importance for the quality of revolutionary violence. INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN OF ATTACK ON THE ITALIAN STATE/CAPITAL EN/ES/IT/POR/FR

INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN OF ATTACK ON THE ITALIAN STATE/CAPITAL

On February 24, 2023, the Italian “justice” system rejected the appeal filed by Alfredo Cospito’s lawyers against 41bis. The appeal action requested his transfer out of the regime of extreme and severe isolation for which our comrade has been enduring a hunger strike for more than 4 months.

The State has, nonetheless, maintained his position: Alfredo has to continue under the 41bis prison regime.

This decision confirms the fears we have been having for a long time: our comrade is going to die and the State is his executioner.

The structures and capitalist interests of the Italian State spread their tentacles around the planet. It is relevant to remind everyone that those who manage and uphold the status quo are people clothed in flesh and bones with names and addresses.

Politicians, judges and magistrates, cops and entrepreneurs, as well as all those who defend and contribute to the perpetuity of the current state of things are and will always be declared enemies of ours.

Mr. Adinolfi’s limbs know it well. They experience the terror of death too.

This is a call to leave aside oppressive political platforms and take a step further towards violent and destructive actions. Our line is only one, we have to shape and give life to the strongest of international solidarity campaigns capable of destroying and terrorizing Alfredo’s executioners to avenge his imminent death, irrespective of whether actions be directed against people or property.

We are fully aware that coming to terms with this reality is burdensome, but these are the heartbreaking passions that can trigger our rage and push us towards the completion of our anarchic vengeance.

Alfredo’s struggle is the war of all those who fight against prisons. Solidarity with his hunger strike is a call for action and complicity.

For all the above, we send out this call for a campaign of straightforward and destructive attack on the Italian State as we are utterly convinced that the struggle against 41bis does not end in the courtrooms of Power. The last word has not been uttered yet.

“(…) I am soon going to die. My hope is that somebody after me will pursue the fight against special prison regimes”, said our comrade Alfredo when he was informed he would continue under 41bis.

We shall be those who carry forward his legacy of fight and negation of the existent!

We publish “Until the demolition of every prison. Always with anarchy,” the call for the Feb. 16 initiative in front of the Italian Embassy in Athens in solidarity with anarchist Alfredo Cospito on hunger strike to the bitter end. The enormous movement of international solidarity that has manifested itself in recent months is proof of how to the isolation and censorship of the state and its prisons we will always oppose the tenacity and consistency of our ideas and practices. This text and the initiative of the Open Assembly of Anarchists, reaffirming the perspective of international revolutionary solidarity, are a further contribution in this regard.

UNTIL THE DEMOLITION OF EVERY PRISON. ALWAYS WITH ANARCHY

Alfredo Cospito, imprisoned anarchist convicted of the crime “massacre” in the “Scripta Manent” trial – a charge concerning the double explosive attack on the Carabinieri Cadet School in Fossano, claimed by Rivolta Anonima e Tremenda / Federazione Anarchica Informale (RAT/FAI) – has been on hunger strike against the 41 bis prison regime and hostile life imprisonment since Oct. 20, when he was imprisoned in the Bancali prison in Sassari, Sardinia. Since May 5, and after ten years in prison, the state has chosen to reinforce the isolation of the comrade (who until then had contributed significantly to the debate among anarchists with letters, articles and interventions) through the detention regime provided for in Article 41 bis of the Italian Prison Order (the carcere duro), a law-abomination that, in essence, requalifies imprisonment into a form of special isolation even on the intellectual and sensory level. It is a suffocating stranglehold that almost completely nullifies communication and contact with the outside world, a torture of psychosomatic annihilation against militants in order to force them to political “repentance.”

Moreover, the purpose of this regime is to create a barrier to revolutionary-antiauthoritarian dialogue between comrades inside and outside prisons. Systematic censorship and the attempt to annihilate the very existence of political prisoners reveal the teeth of democracy and the fear of authoritarian forces of those who carry and spread the seed of revolt and attack for the demolition of the world of the state and capital.

Alfredo Cospito, a continuer of anarchist discourse and practice, raises the shield of the hunger strike to repel the vindictiveness of the state apparatus. The Italian state, with its fascist practices-through the last elections and beyond-has a long history of confrontational tension with anarchists, its enemies who over the years have had trials and investigations for their actions and beliefs, even at the cost of death.

Also imprisoned in the same annihilation regime are three political prisoners, members of the Red Brigades for the Construction of the Combatant Communist Party (BR-PCC) arrested in 2003, Nadia Lioce, Marco Mezzasalma and Roberto Morandi, while Diana Blefari – also a member of the BR-PCC and a longtime prisoner in the solitary confinement of the 41 bis regime – committed suicide in 2009.

With the approval of the new Penal Code and with the even more recent approval of the new Penitentiary Code by the Greek state, “maximum security” prisons or wards now have as their purpose “increased supervision” of “unruly” prisoners, apart, of course, from political prisoners, convicted under the main counterrevolutionary legal instrument par excellence applied to guerrilla warfare, 187A; all seven years after the abolition of Type C prisons thanks to the struggle waged through hunger strikes by political prisoners at the time. This latest development in the state’s legal arsenal is nothing less than a tendency to absolutize prison conditions, also placing a regulation on social confinement with surveillance and control outside the confines of the prison and opening a serious possibility for the introduction of solitary confinement and torture models (similar to 41 bis) in Greek prisons as well. Prisoners in Korydallos and Domokos prisons are still engaged in resistance mobilizations against the new and further authoritarian Penitentiary Code.
